Molly Anne McMullin has always had a love for incredible food, adventure, and exploration. A self-taught chef, she began her career aboard private luxury sailing yachts and has since refined her craft through 18 years as a luxury chef. Her work has taken her to some of the world’s most remote and beautiful places, where culture, landscape, and travel continue to inform her culinary perspective. She has sailed and cheffed over 60,000 nautical miles and visited more than 52 countries, transforming her passion for food into a lifelong pursuit—one that balances creativity, discipline, and thoughtful expression.

Each recipe she executes and prepares is a journey to the places she has traveled and the cultural wisdom she has encountered and absorbed along the way. Molly only uses the very best local and organic ingredients, keeping her cooking healthy and mindful of the location she is in. She possesses a wide-ranging knowledge of global produce and she has demonstrated the ability to provision creatively in obscure ports of call. She prides herself on her ability to ensure her guests feel energized and satisfied after enjoying her food. Hailed as haute cuisine by European royals, Molly has proven herself to be a truly talented high-end chef.
